We offer regular maintenance plans — handled by qualified crews — to help keep your defensible space healthy and compliant:

  • Lite Plan (2 visits/year): Spring & pre-summer cleanup — ideal for standard lots.

  • Annual FireSmart Plan (4 visits/year): Spring, early summer, mid-summer, fall — for properties in higher-risk zones.

  • Premium Stewardship (monthly for vacation, Airbnb, rental, or remote properties): Year-round oversight, maintenance, and rapid response when needed.

  1. Book a FireSmart Assessment — we inspect your property, identify hazards, and propose a mitigation plan.

  2. Approve the Proposal — choose the level of service that fits your needs and risk level.

  3. We Send a Certified Crew — insured, experienced, FireSmart-trained subcontractors handle all fieldwork safely and efficiently.

  4. Final Review & Documentation — we walk you through the results, give before/after photos, and provide documentation for insurance or future sale.
